This tour celebrates one of Tuscany’s oldest traditions: pure extra virgin olive oil. You’ll ride through a landscape shaped by centuries of cultivation — quiet country roads lined with churches, tabernacles and dry stone walls, where the rhythm of life has barely changed.
Your ride begins at Bicipedia Bike Shop in Sieci, following a 15-kilometre route with around 400 metres of height difference. The terrain is mostly paved with a short dirt section, easily handled on an eMTB or eGravel bike. The pace is relaxed, the difficulty level easy — a celebration of slow, sustainable travel.
The destination is a modern olive mill surrounded by its own orchard. Here you’ll discover the craft behind organic extra virgin olive oil: the harvest, the pressing, the care that goes into every bottle. A guided tasting allows you to experience the fragrance and the flavour of this golden oil, together with zero-kilometre farm products. Expect 1.5 to 2 hours of cycling, with the full experience lasting around 4 hours.
