eBiketouring isn’t just a tour operator — it’s powered by the technical backbone of Bicipedia, one of the most active bike shops in the Florence area.
The workshop holds official certifications from Shimano and Bosch, meaning every e-bike in the fleet is maintained to manufacturer standards. Everything is handled in-house: full servicing, drivetrain tuning, suspension setup, and electronics diagnostics. No shortcuts, no outsourcing.
The team also includes a biomechanics specialist and a suspension expert with over 20 years of experience across all mountain bike disciplines — from cross-country to downhill.
Our base in Sieci (Pontassieve) is also a fully stocked bike shop — helmets, technical clothing, accessories, spare parts and cycling essentials from trusted brands. Whether you need to gear up before a ride or replace something along the way, it’s all right there.
